Has the Supreme Court acted unconstitutionally as a body?
Question: Has The Supreme Court acted unconstitutionally as a body?
There are clear indications surfacing by so-called legal scholars that in fact The Supreme court by their actions failing to address serious flaws in the 2020 elections in various states, not just one, has clearly acted NOT as the judicial body for which they were created but in fact as a political body, which has political not judicial aims.
If this line of thought is pursued into main-stream thinking it will bring the very being of The Supreme court into question as THE independent judicial body for which it was created.
Going forward there is a feeling that is building in many states across the Union that SCOTUS can no longer be relied upon to cast it's learned judgment on political disagreements between not just STATE v STATE but also on more complex matters that involve STATE v Federal Government
IF SOCTUS can no longer assure it's independence in these thorny issues then questions have to be raised on their ability to say neutral on other equally lofty matters affecting ALL American citizens
Such as what is a Citizen. It is this question that will face SOCTUS under the Marxist Biden Administration who look to change the value of being a citizen from one who is legal and born in the United States to one who is just IN The United States
IF SCOTUS does not allow A STATE to be heard but allows this discussion to take place then how can it possibly be considered impartial in any matter
Americans will have to address what is an American?
